Dan, Just wanted to drop a line in reference to my last visit at 3D. I have been doing business with 3D for the past three years. I have always been more than satisfied with the knowledge and attention that 3D provides in servicing BMW?s. Your are experts and are personable with all customers.

On my last visit you proved that you as an individual and an organization give first priority to the satisfaction to your customers. Something other businesses no longer provide. I thank you for that service and friendship.

Just wanted to let Dan know that the new motor mounts made a huge improvement in my car (and the heat is much appreciated too!). I hadn’t realized it, but because of the motor vibration, I had started to shift at much lower RPMs (which isn’t much fun). But getting onto 495 on my way to work, I hit the rev limiter in 3rd gear without even realizing I was close to it. Looking forward to the next 200,000 miles! [1.21.05] — James M.

Also a few weeks ago you did a minor service requirement on it. I found that you had performed an additional service in repairing my sliding roof and adding the front brake wear sensor without charge. It is unusual in this world of pay, pay, pay to find someone cares for the vehicle he works on and gives a customer 110% service.
